Self-directed Ozone Ear Insufflation
An ozone molecule is composed of three oxygen atoms (O3), oxygen is composed of two molecules (O2). Ozone (O3) kills bacteria, viruses, yeast and fungi. Ozone therapy stimulates a chain reaction within the body, in a positive manner. Activating the body to rebalance and heal itself using its own defenses.
Because ozone has a positive charge, it’s effective in neutralizing and killing negatively charged microorganisms that are commonly creating havoc in the ears, nose and sinuses. This means it effectively removes yeast, fungus, bacteria, viruses and protozoa without the use of medications that may have unwanted side effects. For this reason, there are more than 40,000 doctors in over 100 countries that treat diseases using ozone therapy.
Ear Ozone Therapy
The ear is composed of three regions: inner, middle and outer ear. Infections can occur in any of these regions, the most common being the middle and outer ear. These infections can be caused by bacteria or virus and can cause pain, inflammation, dizziness, headaches, fever, and hearing troubles.
Chronic ear infections are often caused by the Eustachian tube failing to drain the fluid that builds-up within the middle ear region. Chronic ear problems can occur due to weakened immune systems such as those with upper respiratory issues, those with chronic skin conditions or diabetes. If left untreated, chronic ear infections can lead to permanent hearing damage. Hearing damage can often be shown in the form of ringing in the ears, known as tinnitus.
Self-directed Ozone ear insufflation is an efficient method in treating ear infections and sterilizing the ear regions to prevent further infection from developing.

How Ozone Ear Insufflation Works
Earscopes, (similar to what a stethoscope looks like) is used to applied to the ear. The earscopes include a nozzle that will lightly blow ozone directly into the ear canal. Stimulating the nerve receptors which will then start the process in decreasing pain and allow the pathogens to be killed that are causing infection.
After interview, your coach will provide you with instructions on how to incorporate ozone as part of your self care protocols.
